The staff is amazing, always going the extra mile. Firdous and Anwar provide excellent service. Ram is also very helpful. Food delivery and airport pick-up were arranged by the staff. They even notified me about my forgotten charger. The atmosphere is professional and welcoming.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The apartment was good and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and it wasn't far the taxi was available all the time.
There was only one bathroom in the two room apartment and the breakfast do not change and limited choices.

The location of the hotel. It nears to the most attractive locations in Kuwait City (Sharq). It is near to Sharq Mall, Mubarkia Old Souq; Abrag Kuwait and the AcwaPark. The apartment (with Two bedrooms) are large and well organized.
Only one bathroom for apartment with two bedrooms. The restaurant is not large enough and the free breakfast is basic and doesn't change. Only one apartment with two bedrooms in each floor (not good for family requesting more than one apartment) Wireless Internet is not available in rooms (only in the loopy) but cable internet available in all rooms.

The hotel I stayed in was amazing! the staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any request. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and amenities. the hotel is conveniently situated close to major shopping areas and entertainment venues such as cinemas, making it very easy to explore the city. the hotel offered a tasty and varied selection of breakfast options.
The only negative aspect was the inconsistency of room service. Sometimes it took longer than usual for the service team to respond, and a few times they forgot to replenish amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions, such as the souq and the waterfront, making it easy to explore the city. the diligent service staff are a highlight, and the rooms are spacious and customer, friendly, with comfortable beds, fresh linens and a good in, room safe. the breakfast offers a variety of hot and cold dishes, and the hotel car service is a nice feature.
The hotel lacks basic facilities such as tea/coffee, making provisions in the rooms.

During my Xmas holiday, I stayed at a hotel that offered amazing breakfast and had a bar with a great selection of drinks. The location was also perfect for exploring the city attractions and had easy access to public transport. Moreover, I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi that allowed me to stay connected with my family and friends back home.
The hotel rooms were quite small and cramped. The furniture was outdated and looked worn out. The bathroom facilities were not up to my expectations, especially the shower, which was barely functioning. Additionally, the noise level was quite high, which led to an unpleasant stay. the experience was not up to the mark, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

It was a very negative experience staying at Ritz Sharq: airport shuttle didn't pick me up, shabby bathroom, not very clean and quite noisy due to some contstruction sites around the hotel; they immediately charged me for the room upon arrival although Booked.net states otherwise; the small restaurant located in the hotel lobby served cold dishes and be aware when paying your bill - there was a big mess when I checked out. It's maximum a three star hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kuwait City and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the central location. The hotel was conveniently situated near the city center and within walking distance of the old city center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The rooms had nice clean furnishings and were in good condition, although the bathrooms were a little tired but functional. The breakfast offered a few varieties, providing a good start to the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
